To protect the people of NSW from the evolving COVID-19 outbreak, new restrictions will be introduced for the Armidale Regional local government area, from 5pm Sunday 7th August until 12.01am Sunday 15 August.
Stay at home rules apply if you were in the Armidale Regional local government area on or after 29 July 2021.
If you have left the area, you must follow the stay at home rules until 12.01am Sunday 15 August 2021.
The rules for these areas are the same as those already in place across Greater Sydney, including the Central Coast, and Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens, Singleton, Dungog, Muswellbrook and Cessnock.
From 5pm on Monday 9 August 2021, stay at home rules will apply to the Tamworth local government area.
