EOIs Sought for Audit, Risk, and Governance Committee

Expressions of Interested are being sought for the PCA NSW Audit, Risk and Governance Committee, the Committee is to be established to support the State Executive in their responsibilities for issues of risk, control and governance by reviewing the comprehensiveness of assurances in meeting the State Executive and Accounting Officer’s assurance needs and reviewing the reliability and integrity of these assurances.
The Committee should consist of up to five members and will be chaired by a nominated Non-executive State member. The Committee will hold at least three meetings a year and report to the State Executive after each meeting in line with the Terms of Reference as attached.
The Committee term will be three years or part thereof from its commencement.
Nominations to be provided on the form below and include a short resume outlining your experience and what skills you may bring to the committee by the 1st August 2020
