State Office Changes during COVID-10

Some changes have been made to the way the State Office functions to keep our staff safe.
From Monday the 30th of March, the Pony Club NSW State Office staff will be working remotely to provide you with continued service and support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be contactable by phone during our usual customer service hours of 10am-3pm Monday to Friday and by email, however face to face service has now ceased. For correspondence being sent to the State Office, it is preferred that this is emailed to us if possible for biosecurity reasons. Fax services are no longer available, so please use alternative correspondence methods. In the meantime, you should not notice any difference in the level of customer service you receive and look forward to helping our Pony Club community in this unprecedented time. We will continue to reassess the situation as it evolves.
